Overshadowed

When my soul senses the coldness
of a giant’s shadow standing over my life
and this larger than life shadow
attempts to block my view of the sun
or the Son
and keep me shivering in the shade,
I can either give him the power he is attempting
to over-power me with
or
remember Who overshadows my life.
