please peel back the petals
as I read Your pages of promises …
Reveal the inner sanctuary of Your heart to me
please
overwhelm me with Your fragrance of freedom
as I am intoxicated with no other love but Yours ….
Please wrap me up in the softness of Your Spirit
that I may behold Your beauty.
-hide beneath Your wings
-dwell deeply in Your precious presence
where Your bleeding heart beats for mine
that’s where
Your Son’s wounds erase Your daughter’s wounds….

there is no greater love.
