Sensitive to Holy Spirit

Please help me not to block my blessings
by my behaviour;
what I do
or
what I don't do...

When what's in my heart overflows onto others
is it palatable?
delicious or disgusting?
Does it feed their spirits and souls
or
drain them dry?

When they leave my presence
do they still sense Your Presence?
because
if You're in me
and I'm in You

I should be an Ambassador
Your representative
Your Hands that touch the hurting
so I don't touch their cuts
and dig my finger into their raw wounds
or rip off their scars that have just started to heal
(unintentionally or intentionally)
because of the clumsy callouses on my own hands
so that even if my hands and heart are rough
from being repeatedly beaten
I will have the softness of Your Holy Spirit.

I need help Holy Spirit
to not point fingers
even with my feelings

... and when You warn me with the gift given
of discernment
please give me intuition, insight and wisdom
to build boundaries
that are fortified to protect and keep the freedom and peace
-blessings You have bestowed on me and our family.

I need discernment to know the difference.
