In trying times,
when I’m being battered by strong storms
Holy Spirit, please help me not to become unanchored!
-let loose on wild waves on stormy seas!
-thrown around by tornadoes from the tongues
of those who live unanchored lives!

Please keep me anchored to Your strong love
in the harbour of harmonious living
