Missed Moments

can’t
'unfeel' feelings
that have been felt
'unspeak' words
that have been spoken
undo what’s done
even though there are times
we wish we could…

what’s done is done
what’s said is said
and time cannot be turned back
to speak what was unspoken…

We cannot resurrect missed moments…

The power of perfect timing
becomes weak when words aren’t strong enough to step up and speak.
