In The Beginning of Time

In the beginning,
God created
the Heavens and the earth…

The earth was empty
-formless,
shrouded in darkness…

Suddenly the Spirit of the Living God came
and hovered over its surface and Father God simply said
‘Let there be light’
and there was and continues to be light to this day
because Jesus is the Light of the World
Who shines
filling emptiness with Light and Life.

Even though He was shrouded in the tomb
-it is empty
enabling us to be filled to the full
with the same Spirit Who hovered over the abyss
at the beginning of time…
