Secure

A strong spirit can steady a shaky soul
as Father God lassoes my thoughts
bringing them back to His promises

Getting back to basics
and bringing balance back into my life
I’m finding I’m being more balanced than before

When love leans towards you
and you are afraid
because of what you have lost in life…

Heavenly Father,
please peel back the petals
as I read Your pages of promises …

Abba,
My Father

-I lean against You

How Long is Long?

It appears that long is a different length for each and every one of us…

Whether I read every news article or not
doesn’t change what’s happening in the world
but it changes what is happening in me

“Take courage,
strengthen your hearts and stand steady and firm,
for the coming of the Lord is very NEAR”

Jesus,
You,
better than anyone else,
