Words and Poetry By Brenda Botha, Inspired by God.
Betrayed by a Kiss
When You walked the road to Calvary
You were alone
besides a handful of faithful followers
Alone
My Jesus
When You cried out those words …
“My God, my God
why hast Thou forsaken me”
In the Garden
I am amongst the noisy crowd
descending
upon
the agonizing silence
of this garden
God’s Generosity
God,
You stretched Your Hands down from Heaven
God’s Grace
There were three crosses on Calvary’s hill
that day…
In The Beginning of Time
In the beginning,
God created
the Heavens and the earth…
Women on their Way
May I follow in the footsteps of these women of faith.
Easter
I can rise
above the circumstances
in my life
Two Different Roads
When we walk along one path
it always leads to another
